The short version: your supplier prices, your searches and your cross references stay on your own computer. We never see what you pay. If you create an account, we hold your workshop name, email, phone number and which plan you're on — nothing more.

Who we are

PPC+ is operated by Samuel Tickner, a sole trader based in South Australia, ABN 80 207 955 313. It is made up of a website at ppcplus.com.au and a Chrome extension, PPC+ Bridge.

What the extension does

The extension reads prices from supplier trade portals you are already signed in to, and passes them to the PPC+ page open in your browser. That is its entire function.

What is stored, and where

DataWhere it lives
Searches and pricesYour browser only
Cross referencesYour browser only
Supplier settingsYour browser only
Supplier credentialsNever read or stored by PPC+
Workshop name, email and phoneOur account service, if you create an account
Your PPC+ passwordOur account service, stored scrambled — we can't read it
Your plan and billing statusOur account service
Card detailsStripe only — never seen or stored by PPC+

Clearing your browser data removes everything held in your browser. That is why PPC+ offers a backup file you can download and keep. Your account is not affected.

What we do not do

Your account

A PPC+ account is one login for your whole workshop. It exists to tell PPC+ which plan you're on.

If you'd like your account deleted, email us and we'll remove it. Billing records Stripe is required to keep are kept by Stripe.

Your rights

Your prices, searches and cross references are held on your own computer, so you control them directly — view them in the app, export them, or clear them. Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may also ask us what we hold about you. Without an account, the answer is nothing; with one, it's the account details listed above.
